Using PicassoLabz

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

• You must not use PicassoLabz to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or platform security.
• You must not try to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload service.

Service scope

PicassoLabz provides AI-powered enhancement, restoration, and image improvement tools. We regularly update the product, which means tools, models, features, pricing, and workflows may change over time.

We aim for high-quality output, but output quality can vary depending on source image, input condition, and model behavior.

Accounts, credits, and payments

Some features may require account creation, paid credits, or both.

• Pricing is shown at checkout or inside product.
• Credits are used to access image processing actions.
• Unless stated otherwise, credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
• You are responsible for keeping account access secure.

Payments may be processed through third-party billing providers used by PicassoLabz, including Lemon Squeezy.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you upload, subject to rights needed for us to operate service and return processed results to you.

PicassoLabz retains rights in website, product, branding, software, and service materials.

Data and retention

Uploaded images and related outputs may be stored for up to 7 days so you can access, download, or manage your results. To request data cleanup by PicassoLabz or relevant service providers, contact [email protected], subject to technical, billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact processing times, or permanent access to every feature or model version.

Liability

PicassoLabz is provided on an "as available" basis. To maximum extent allowed by law, PicassoLabz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
