For purposes of this policy, "PicassoLabz," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the PicassoLabz website and services.

What we collect

We do not build our product around collecting personal information for resale or third-party advertising.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your uploaded images with third parties for marketing.
• We do not share your analytics data with Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics platforms.

Depending on how you use PicassoLabz, we may process account data, billing data, uploaded files, generated outputs, technical logs, and limited analytics data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Image storage and processing

Your images are stored on servers located in Europe and processed only to provide the service you requested.

• Your images are kept private inside our systems.
• We do not share your images with other users.
• We do not use your images for public galleries or promotion without permission.
• Uploaded images and related outputs are retained for up to 7 days.

We use Replicate to run image processing and enhancement workloads required to provide core product functionality.

Analytics and product improvement

We use limited analytics to understand how people use product and where experience can improve.

• We use Umami, self-hosted and fully owned by us.
• We use analytics to understand product usage, flows, and interaction patterns.
• We do not share this analytics data with Google or unrelated outside analytics vendors.

We may also use limited campaign tracking tags or pixels to measure and improve paid marketing performance.

Data sharing

Our default approach is simple: your data stays inside systems we control or with service providers needed to run product infrastructure, billing, analytics, and image processing.

We do not share your data with unrelated third parties. Where third-party providers are required to operate the service, they may process data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

Third-party services

PicassoLabz currently relies on the following categories of providers to operate the service:

• Replicate for image processing workloads.
• Umami for self-hosted analytics operated by us.
• Lemon Squeezy for payment processing and checkout workflows.

Your control

To request cleanup of images or account data held by PicassoLabz or service providers processing data for us, contact [email protected]. Requests remain subject to technical limits needed for in-flight processing, billing, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
